   Home Assessment and Load Calculation

   Josh visits your property to inspect the existing panel, evaluate your current electrical loads, and discuss your future plans. He performs a detailed load calculation per NEC Article 220 to determine the minimum service size required. This assessment covers everything from your HVAC system to planned additions like EV chargers, hot tubs, or solar arrays. You receive a written assessment with clear recommendations.

   Detailed Quote and Permit Application

   After the assessment, you receive a detailed written quote breaking down equipment costs, labor, permit fees, and timeline. HOLISTIQ handles the permit application with your local building department. We coordinate with the utility company to schedule the meter disconnect and reconnect, ensuring minimal downtime for your household.

   Panel Replacement and Wiring

   On installation day, the utility company disconnects the meter. Josh removes the old panel, installs the new 200A or 400A panel, re-terminates all existing circuits, adds any new circuits specified in the scope, and labels every breaker clearly. All connections are torqued to manufacturer specifications. The work area is kept clean throughout the process.

4. 04

   Inspection and Energization

   After installation, HOLISTIQ schedules the municipal inspection. Josh is present for every inspection to answer questions and demonstrate compliance. Once the inspection passes, the utility reconnects the meter and your new panel is energized. Josh walks you through the new panel layout, shows you the breaker directory, and explains any new circuits that were added.
